This girl I work with is ALWAYS staring at me. Why?

She is one of those shy, dark type of girls. She is really, really sexy, but she dresses dark, like she has jet black hair, wears a black trench coat and is just kinda creepy. But she is also really sweet. One thing that weirds me out is that we work right next to each other (in a nightclub), and she just stares at me constantly. Also, everyone teases her about liking me. They always ask her why she just stares at me. I asked her jokingly, and she said that's just what she does. But why not stare at someone else instead of me for 6 hours every weekend. Lastly, she asked me last night if I wanted to smoke and we walked to her car, she tells me it's her boyfriends car but she didn't talk much after that. Anybody can make sense out of this?
