Is it normal for a 13 y/o to have a 32C.?

Im not over weight, i weigh 108 and I'm kinda short. I started to get ... breasts when I was 11.... I look alot like my aunt and she has large... uhm... breasts. My mum doesnt not. So i think i get them from her, but she didnt get them til she was 15... I hate my boobs because highschool guys would bug me about how old i was and perverted things like that -.-... Guys in my class would talk about them too, and girls would say i stuff, but i dont.! I started to wear a fury black winter coat to hide them... The worst part was we have gym in mid day and i live in Arizona.... Is it normal for me to wear a 32C and how can i feel more... confident about them.? :/
