I am a reproductive organ?

Earlier today while I was purchasing marijuana from my local vendor, a strange black man approached me, and exclaimed, "YOU ARE MY LEFT TESTICLE!" . I am sad and hurt. I always believed that I was going to be something big in life, but I could never be able to do that anymore now that I am a chocolate spermular unit... Should I tell my wife? Should I quit my job? I just don't know what to do anymore!!! Please leave advice!
