I have vinyl graphics underneath the clearcoat. How can I remove clearcoat to remove graphics.?

This is on a Brand New 50" R/C boat. I would like to keep the painted silver hull but I want to get rid of all the graphics that are under the clear-coat, so I can apply my own or have a custom paint job done to make it original. I don't want to show up to race and see five other people with the same boat as me.
