I have a job interview with Goodwill - The Amity Group?

I am a student living in Toronto, and after handing out like 200 resumes I finally got a call back from Goodwill. I have some questions regarding this place. Firstly, this organization is called Goodwill The Amity Group, I know the USA has Goodwill charity as well, but are the two organizations the same or related? Also has anyone else ever been employed by Goodwill and care to share any information such as wages or how they treat their employees?
