Anyone know what's happening with Thayne Ormsby, accused of triple murderer, Amity, Maine. June, 1210?

Early last summer (June,2010) there was a very widely publicized triple murder in Amity, Maine. A young man named Thayne Ormsby was arrested and put in jail. Another man was arrested, but released on bail. A quick search of the internet will give lots of information - all from last June and July, but nothing more recent. What's happening? I had thought that there was supposed to be a trial. I got the idea last summer that the police were encouraging comments from sites such as the Bangor Daily News, for the purpose of gathering information for further investigations. It just seems strange to me that there was so much news ... and now nothing. This must be very difficult for the victims' families. Perhaps the court has requested that there be no news, because of preparations for a trial.
